1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fasttracktowingandauto.com (the "Site") operated by Fast Track Automotive LLC, doing business as Fast Track Towing & Auto ("Fast Track," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site provides general information about our towing, heavy-duty roadside and repair services. Information on the Site is not an offer or a guarantee of service, price or availability. Services are requested by phone and are subject to confirmation by our dispatch team.

3. Quotes, pricing and payment

Any price given by phone is an estimate based on the information you provide, such as the vehicle type, location, destination and situation. The final price may change if the actual conditions differ from what was described. Payment terms are explained at the time of service, and payment is due as agreed at that time.

4. Discounts and promotions

Discounts and promotions mentioned on the Site, including the tow discount with in-shop repair, are subject to eligibility and to the details provided by our dispatch team at the time of your call. We may change or end any discount or promotion at any time. Discounts cannot be applied after a service has been completed unless we agree in writing.

5. Availability and arrival times

Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Service availability depends on location, weather, traffic, road conditions, equipment and demand. Any arrival time we give is an estimate, not a guarantee.

6. Your responsibilities

When you request a service, you agree that:

• You are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to request the service
• The information you give us about the vehicle, its location and its condition is accurate
• You will remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle where possible
• You will follow the instructions of our operators for your safety at the scene

7. Services

Towing, roadside and repair services are provided under the terms explained at the time of service, including any work order, invoice or authorization you sign or approve. Those terms, together with applicable law, govern the service itself. If they conflict with these Terms, the service terms control for that service.

8. Website content and accuracy

We work to keep the Site accurate, but content is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may update, change or remove content at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Track will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Fast Track name, logo, text, graphics and images, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

11. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Illinois.
